Ohio - 6th Circuit Ct of Appeals - Poll Challenger Cases
US 6th Circuit has accepted Repuke appeal of two lower court rulings in Ohio today, instructing Repukes not to challenge voters - not the best of news, in that appeals court could have refused case - acceptance of case makes it more likely lower court decisions will be reversed and poll challenges allowed tomorrow in OH

and fine - if they vote for it it just highlights the GOP strategy of being ANTI-DEMOCRACY .
GOP is scum of the earth.
I hope they enjoy their negative advertising.
Should earn them a lot of votes.
