Teresa Smear Today?
If they get these unsealed, will spin mightily and take over news tonite?

In this weekend's NYT -

NORRISTOWN, Pa., Oct. 30 (AP) - A judge has ordered that most court records from a 1994 lawsuit by Teresa Heinz Kerry and her sons regarding the airplane crash that killed Senator H. John Heinz III be made public.

The judge, Paul W. Tressler of Montgomery County Court, ruled on Friday that all pleadings, motions, petitions, orders and settlement agreements be unsealed on Monday. Some records involving confidential materials - which would most likely include details of the holdings of Mr. Heinz, the multimillionaire ketchup heir - would remain private.

Lawyers for the Heinz family and estate, however, have appealed to the State Supreme Court to take the case. On Friday afternoon, that court ordered the file kept closed until it could review the appeal, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported. (Snip)
