If Kerry won't do it, he needs to get his mates on that boat to file it. After all, those bitter old farts libeled the lot of them.

That's the only way to make them go away. Win a case, collect a judgment, hit them hard in their wallets, and leave them too weak to do much of anything else to anyone.
