Republicans praying for rain
Just heard Christie Whitman make no sense on CNN.

First she says, it's not going to be as close as everyone says it is. Then she says, Kerry voters don't like Kerry so much. Then she says, it's all going to come down to the weather.

Then her republican friend says, I agree with Christie, it's going to be close.

Republicans are praying for rain, but I'm with Eminem, if it rains let it rain, the wetter the better. :-)

1. WTF?
Kerry voters don't like Kerry so much?

What color is the sky on their planet?

What grade of crack is in their pipe?

What kind of wishful thinking is THAT?

I don't like Kerry, I LOVE him.

And as far as the weather goes, the repukes can keep on wishing. I know who is hungrier to win in this election and it ain't them. It's us.

I've already early voted, but I'd walk through broken glass barefoot to my polling place on Tuesday if I had to.

There are Democrats here planning on bringing snacks to people standing in line to keep them there.

A little weather isn't stopping us.

6. Do most polling places require people to wait outdoors?
In Minnesota, the voting place is usually a room in a school. No one needs to stand in line outdoors to vote.

7. Some of these people are in La La land
This is one of the most heated election that I have ever seen. I have a feeling that these people will be knocked out when they see the results. Rain won't stop too many people, too many people are fed up with this administration. They were just yapping propaganda and nothing else. They are worried and scared.

8. Silly Christie...there is such a thing as umbrellas.
Unless the weather turns "The Day After Tomorrow", I think people are so hyped, so pumped, realizing that this election is so important, that weather really won't be a factor.

9. That is just dumb. I don't think rain is going to keep the
people away if they really want to vote. The pubs are getting desperate, if it comes to hoping for rain. LOL @ pubs.

She should join Giuliani in the Brown Nosers Club. The Bushies treated her like crap and now she's talking about how wonderful they are? Please.

18. Let it rain, let it pour, let it flood.
"Let it rain
As I walk these streets unknown
To no one named
Not even myself
When I'm low

Give me hope
That help is hoping
When I need it most
Give me hope
That help is coming
When I need it most
:
Tracy Chapman"

19. It will rain all right -- on the Repubs' frikkin' parade.
NOTHING will keep any Dem I know from voting, not even going to work. Work gets sacrificed if we have to wait in line.
