why the photoshopped filler?

and one I've asked here and on other forums before.

I have not seen a SINGLE picture of a * rally like the one at the bottom of your post. Not a single one.

Yet I've seen LOADS of pics like that for Kerry/Edwards.

Which definitely tells me something.

... small town, and small. Easy to do crowd control, easy to keep the riff-raff (us) out, quick and simple to arrange and set up, and easy to do photo-ops, which is their principal purpose--get photos into the newspapers and television.

The media will have to answer the question about why they're not showing the empty seats and tiny gathering places. :shrug:
