It's not the $ spent in Iraq that is the problem, it's the lack or results
moveon.org's latest ad re: the money spent in Iraq, and how it could be used better for education, health care etc misses the boat.

If the war in Iraq had been legitimate, and if the world was safer, I don't think anyone would complain about the cost. It wasn't legitimate. We aren't safer. It was a bad idea.

But the irony is had it been done right it wouldn't have cost as much.
