Giuliani for Sec. State?
Since Powell is leaving soon, regardless of the outcome of the election, do you think that Sec. State is the carrot that Chimpy has dangled in front of him to get him to make the rounds and whore it up?

5. I heard this on cspan this AM. Worst pick I can think of!
Sec. of State should be a great dipolomat! Sec of State should be admired and trusted by foreign leaders. That sure doesn't sound like Rudy to me...AT ALL!

Thank goodness we won't have to worry about that after Tues!

8. Homeland Security maybe?
Rice or Rumsfeld for state - remember, at Bush's disastrous press conference earlier this year, he slipped & called Rummy "Secretary of State Rumsfeld."

9. 'Ghoul'iani for sec. of exploitation
for not having NYC ready for 911, i.e. working walkie talkies, equipment, etc.

and he 'touts' himself as the great mayor, he's an opportunistic shill who pisses on the graves of all who died in those towers!

11. what are you crazy!!!!!!
NY City for the most part hated him, his only redeeming claim was he was the only visible person on 911, the Shrub was hiding. Hell he wanted to postpone the election and stay on a Mayor and that was rejedted, they have term limits. He will probably try to run against Hillary or run for Gov. against our our popular AG Spitzer. In either case he is a loser & opportunist, using 911 to make cold hard cash for his wallet.

12. I wonder if NY'ers would vote for Ghouliani
He probably wants to run for governor against Spitzer or Schumer in 06, or against Hillary for the senate in 06. I'm from NY and I would never vote for that douchebag, but I wonder if a lot of people would still vote for him because he happened to be the mayor during 9/11 and that's the only thing he ever accomplished.
