WTF is Trippi's deal?!
saying bin Laden obviously watched f911...you cant determine that from that tape...the fact that he was reading that book to kids was well known long before f911.
Then he goes on to say that the blogs are quiet and cautious about this. Fuck that...the media is quiet and cautious now that they see they were WRONG that it would help *.

1. Go to the MSNBC.com
webpage--at hardblogger.msnbc.com--there are links there to Trippi's e-mail address and a comment page. Let him have it.

6. Done
Ok, first of all I want to say that I have admired your work with the Dean campaign and have, in the past, admired your honest take on most stories…however, your recent appearance on MSNBC confuses me. You said that the bin laden tape proves that he watched f-911?? That is not the slightest bit true. This was a known fact long before f-911. It has been determined by many that he is watching the US media and is somewhat media-savvy, so he very well could have seen a clip on a news show ABOUT f-911, showing that clip, or a commercial, or any number of independent documentaries that mentioned it before f-911 (not to mention the many news channel ‘discussion/debate’ shows that have mentioned this many times). To say this proves he watched f-911 is completely irresponsible.
Secondly, most on the Democratic Underground are not at ALL as you put it, ‘cautious’ about this tape. We are not ‘following the lead of the candidates’…maybe the republicans are, but the free-thinkers are not. We wonder why the media would basically convice the Kerry campaign that it would be bad to politicize this. Why not?!?!? This tape PROVES that bush*s attempt on the war on terror is a complete failure. This tape show that UBL is NOT on the run, as this administration has said, but instead, he is healthy, safe, free, and making videotapes making fun of our ‘president’.
I find it amazing that the media would spin this tape and say that it can only help the president. The argument seems to be that any image of 9/11 helps the president because that is his greatest achievement. ACHIEVEMENT?!? The worst foreign attack on U.S. Soil on HIS watch is his greatest ACHIEVEMENT? My word, has this country lost its MIND?

Please, Mr. Trippi, get your thoughts together and set this straight.

With all due and sincere respect,

2. He might just be miffed...
...that while DFA continues, his org doesn't seem to be doing much...he may have misjudged his own popularity.

4. I agree. Sorry to make a totally superficial observation...
...but anybody else noticed that Trippi seems to have lost a lot of weight since the Dean campaign?

8. I saw "The Seven Minutes" on the internet many months before "F9/ll".
Edited on Sat Oct-30-04 05:11 PM by 2004 Victory
It was available at lots of websites. And, I'm positive that it was shown in the media in Europe. The fact is, most of the stuff in F9/ll was already known around the world, Americans were the LAST to see it because we don't have a free press, we have a corporate press. That's why the American media was slamming Michael Moore -- he pulled down the veil.

Even today, a friend of mine watched the DVD of F9/11 for the first time and was just incredulous. He said, "I thought they said this was all propaganda and lies. But it was the Bushes and their crowd talking to the camera. How can the media say this isn't true?"

The answer is ... because the "media" is part of the whole rigged game and they are lambasting Moore to protect their own evil interests.
