Caller on Mike Malloy- scary...
if the touch voting systems (now at 30% of the total) are rigged as he claimed, no way Kerry wins, unless he gets 75% of the remaining.

Therefore there is a need for exit polls at enough polling locations with such systems to challenge these machines and immediately confiscate them and confiscate everything from the manufacturers, seizing all their assets as one would do at the scene of a murder.

4. Black Box Voting
The election's already been rigged

- and the pretext for Bush's lanslide victory, the just released OBL tape that repeats leftist criticism of Bush-Cheney, has now been firmly planted in the public mind. Michael Moore and bin Laden think alike! That's what they'll push for the next four days.

When Bush claims victory on November 2nd - there'll be enough plausibility in it to squelch any shouts of illegitimacy.

IMO, and many others, this has been planned from the start.

You'd better start planning for an Orwellian endless war of terror,
because uless you somehow can challenge these auditless voting machines, it's already been ordained.

5. I think that caller was off the wall
I really do. I am the first one to line up for a good conspiracy theory, but I think he is way off. The Bushies seem too scared and worried. Bush can't hide his emotions and I think they know things are not looking good. You can not have a landslide when you are pulling 47% approval. And the public is not getting in line for this tape. Bin laden tapes are ho hum. We have already seen them. They are like the used tape rack at BlockBuster. I am serious. The public isn't getting hysterical about this. I think this man is wrong. I think everyone initially got all worked up for a couple of hours, but it isn't going to effect people in such a way that they could get away with massive theft.

11. I don't like what I've heard about BBV...
But I agree that this guy was over the top. I guess we'll know on Wednesday. There's nothing we can do about it right now, and if he was so concerned he should have linked up with some of the BBV advocacy sites a year or two ago.

9. interesting article.... the "errors" go both ways!
"In Sandoval County, three Rio Rancho residents said they had a similar problem, with opposite results. They said a touch-screen machine switched their presidential votes from Bush to Kerry."

This following reports of Kerry votes coming up Bush.

12. The one thing I do agree with you on, and have been saying,
is that we need massive exit polling. If Bush attempts to steal this, then we need overriding evidence, to show he's a thief. I've seen the official exit polling crew, which is made up of media networks. Does someone know if Dems are are going to do this independently? I have been preaching "exit polls" to everyone I know.

14. it's my understanding that one of the deficiencies
with touch screens are alignment issues. You wouldn't have these troubles with a keypad like with ATMs, though it would require 1 to be kerry, 2 to be Bush, etc and might confuse voters.
