The possible theft of the explosives magnifies the error of so few troops
There simply were not enough to do the job. Bush and Rumsfeld were told by military experts that they would need more troops but they made the decision to invade anyway. And the possible theft of 380 tons of plastic explosives and dangerous materials only magnifies the disaster of Bush's decision to invade against the advice of his military experts. And today, our troops and the Iraqi people are suffering the consequences of his decision. That is the importance of the missing explosives.
