I just heard * say
In relation to the missing weapons story,
"If a candidate jumps to conclusions without knowing the facts, he is not fit to be commander in chief" :wtf:

Hey George, where's the WMD's?

Talk about jumping to conclusions without facts!

This little man shows how stupid he is everytime he opens his mouth.

1. I thought the same thing when I heard that
He really is totally clueless. So it's okay to go to war without the facts?

2. He's seriously insane. Been flip flopping all over the place this week
trying to appeal to Dems and moderates. He must be confident of having his base shored up; however, I know several people who are his supposed base who have decided to sit this one out. One being my father-in-law who has never NOT voted, but he is a die-hard Republican and he hates Bush, so he says he is most likely staying home - that or voting for the Libertarian. The secretary at my school is a right-wing fanatic, but yesterday she went to vote and the line was too long. She said, "I'm not standing in line to vote for this idiot." I asked her would she vote, and she said if she got there on election day and there was no line she would, otherwise - nope.

3. Seems to be a trend
My rw employer vows that he is voting *, but I tell him he can't fool me, I know when he get's behind the curtain, he will be voting Kerry. He snickers, gives me that, cat that ate the canary, look.

I've had the opportunity to talk to some other pubs who say they can't bring themselves to vote for Kerry, so they aren't voting.

4. I think he knows he's lost and he's just desperate.
How many times have you heard a republican candidate evoke the memory of John Kennedy and Franklin Roosevelt and compare his opponent to them? That's just asking for trouble.

Look at the behavior of the two men over the last year (just during the campaign) and look at the images of the two men that you see in the press.

Who's more presidential, Kerry or Bush? There's no contest in my mind. But of course I've already voted for Kerry.

5. During his ramblings about "jumping to conclusions" I noticed
that his fake Texas twang was almost completely gone.

6. I heard that and I screamed back at my TV,
"And you would know-you did the same damn thing in Iraq!"
