Dick "Toe-sucker" Morris question: At what point after leaving the
Clinton administration did he become a shameless RW whore? Right away, or only when Faux news started stuffing thousand dollar bills into his g-string? (I listened a little to the guy's spiel on Hannity today...)

1. Honestly, I think he's always been a shameless ho...
Faux just brought it out in him.

And thx for that mental image of him in a g-string with bills crammed into it...

2. I've never liked Ron Silver that much....
But I knew that I now hated him after finding out that he's working with Dick.

3. Well, Clinton fired him
on the night of the DNC in 1996. He probably started his anti-Hillary book shortly after. He's a whore, all pundits are. These people are intelligent enough to play both sides when they have to. When you go to pundit school you learn to write position papers for both sides, and that's all he's doing now is being a RW walking position paper. I also think he's a power hungry behind the scenes guy a la Rove. Morris probably thought he was in control of Clinton and in fact Clinton was always in charge

4. Koch, Morris and Silver are Likudites
They support * because he kisses Sharon's ass - and that's the truth.

8. Strange that they never, ever admit it.
Wolf Blitzer is in the club, IMO.

13. He was Mossad and I suspect he ran LAP projects in his pre-CNN days
though of course his bio doesn't mention that.

I don't think he's that bad actually. He has Israeli Labor tendencies - he dislikes the Likud.

5. Toe "Dick-Sucker" Morris
Edited on Mon Oct-25-04 05:26 PM by delete_bush
I think fell out of favor after it was revealed that he let the hooker he was caught with listen in on his phone conversations with Clinton. He's like a hired gun-slinger who can walk either side of the street, I'm sure he crossed over quickly.

6. He worked for both Republicans and Democrats
so he was never really on our side. He just goes where the money goes. After Clinton made him famous, he now makes his money bashing the Clintons.

18. I remember Morris on Fox more than a few times
discussing things he did for Clinton. He actually left me thinking that Clinton must have been a bit sleazy if he actually hired this scumbag.

12. yep
I don't understand how people can work both sides. I'm a consultant and I could never work for even a moderate Republican.

15. I understand that
People can have close relationships with people of opposite parties. Apathetic people piss me off more than some Republicans.

19. it's hard to think straight with all those toes in your mouth
Dick (if I am not mistaken) worked for Republicans before working for CLinton- but was disloyal to Clinton (he let his hooker eavesdrop on Clinton reciting a draft of his convention acceptance speech), so in other words, he was always a no-good, two-faced piece of toe-sucking shit.
