In general, if the voters decide, then yeah. But we freaks do not. It doesn't matter how good Kerry is, or how bad Bush* is. We just don't want it enough, so we shouldn't get it.

If we wanted it enough, we'd be working to make it happen, instead of talking about what's on TV. Who cares about Chris Matthews; he's not gonna change before the election. Who cares about Bill Clinton even; we already know we agree with him. We should be an elite group of connected and informed activists, and instead, we are probably the laziest couch potatoes that have the nerve to even call ourselves activists within the Democratic Party. This is because this medium allows us to feel like we're participating when we're on our asses.

Now go prove me wrong and do what I say in this thread. ;)
