Go With The Mo': Confessions of an Unabashed Bandwagon Jumper

Call me unprinicpled, wishy washy, disloyal...call me a sheeple if you want. I am enthusiastically supporting the frontrunner - whomever he may be by the time my primary rolls around in May.

Why? Because the "Big Mo" (momentum) is the key to sparking the energy & enthusiasm we're gonna need to bring into the general election. Because well-timed momentum - punctuated by the crecendo of the convention - is a high that can take you through to November. Because I wanna catch that high, and I don't wanna look back. Because most of the swing voters are bandwagon jumpers, too. Because I like most of the candidates, and I refuse to get attached to just one. Because I'm critical of all the candidates, but I refuse to let that bring me down. Because my first political loyalty is to the Democratic party. Because getting Chimp out is more important than getting somebody else in. Because the winner will most likely be decided by May, anyways. Because the next election is essentially 90% about Bush & 10% about our guy. Because no matter who are nominee ends up being, Rove will pull every trick in the book. Because the best defense to the Rove machine is resounding public approval. Because the media's influence is undeniable, mighty powerful, and only swayed by resounding public approval.

Folks in Iowa & New Hampshire have a tough decision to make. I wouldn't want to be in their shoes. But any way it ends up, they've made the right choice.
