COUNTY REGISTERS 1,329 NEW VOTERS

Voter registration is at an all time high in Warren County.

Warren County Clerk Barb Daly said Wednesday that 1,329 have registered since the Aug. 3 primary election, bringing the total number of registered voters to 19,707 to 18,378.
"We had 524 requests for absentee ballots and many of them have come in to vote..............................

In neighboring St. Charles Co., more than 224,500 people are registered....more than 14,000 new voters have registered...............

Statewide......a record 4.2 million Missourians are registered...........

There are only 4.3 million residents in Missouri of voting age.
