Rove's worst nightmare coming true....
1. Polls trending away especially in the battleground states.

2. His boy is nowhere close to the 4% margin he needs.

3. His boy and Uncle Dickie are despised and can only campaign in front of hard core RWers.

4. Bad news piling up, in Iraq, jobs, healthcare (flu shots), CIA leaks, and still more bad stuff re. the lies about going into Iraq.

5. His opponent is turning out to be a far stronger campaigner than he ever imagined, and nothing seems to be working in terms of strategy.

6. Big Dog getting ready to rumble.

7. Democrats looking to draw big turnout, including unprecedented minority turnout.

7. You're absolutely right, plastic_turkeys.
Though I'd be crowing like a rooster if she also had a mullet!

This is their core. My neighbor with the enormous white pickup with the Harley and the Harley sticker on the truck and the 'Power Of Pride' sticker he got at Lowe's also has a Democratic candidate's yard sign. He's the last one on this street I'd have figured for a Dem, and if he's got a yard sign for a state office campaign, I know damned well he's a Dem (he'd probably have a K-E sign, but they were hard to get because the county Dems decided to save their funds for radio ads).

Some folks don't like the thought of having a microscope up their asses for safety, I guess. Ben Franklin was a randy old coot, but he was right about those who'd trade liberty for safety.

9. The "Puppy Chow" ad backfires...
...making Americans re-think their concept of the "terrorist" as an actual, living, breathing being, intent on defending their pack and their own way of life.

The Eagle flies above it all, and sees an ostrich, looking very much like Niedermeyer "EVERYONE REMAIN CALM!!!"

Geez - for some reason, today I want to watch Animal House...if anything, just to read "SENATOR and Mrs. John Blutarsky"

5. Wow. I'm so taken aback by this positive expression of reality
I'm not sure how to react. This place has been overrun by doomsayers all week.

This is a breath of fresh air.

6. Yep, looks like Rove and the Chimpster hit the septa-fecta!
The tri-fecta was nothing.

The Big Dog out there hunting votes should be really interesting. The media will have to cover it. AWESOME!

10. Exactly, they wouldn't be acting so crazy if they had this all sown up
Honestly, even the spinning media is getting dizzy and Jon Stewart really stuck it to them.

Jon has been all over the place, I can not imagine a better person for the job.

Jon Stewart is exactly the right person to talk some sense to people.

We can do this!

If we visualize this enough it WILL happen:

Jan 2005, it is a cold but sunny and clear day in Washington DC. Theresa is wearing a red Valentino suit standing nest to her husband, the 44th president of the United States.

I, John Kerry, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.

12. That's very good but...

11 days to go, we will have to expect something worse from Rove on last week of Oct and first day of Nov.

Sure, Rove is sicko and insane but he isn't dumb. Keep our eyes open for him and his tricks. He already throw a wretch in our machine: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x925927

And we still don't know what will Sinclair's show affect the swing states. One topic at johnkerry.com forum revealed about some voters having doubts about Kerry because of these so-called vietnam veterans and their hatred toward Kerry.. Damn GOPs for misinformation.
