I just spoke with the office manager at our local (Dayton) Dem HQ; she said they now have 7 "Kerry Travelers" from other states working at HQ and expect more.

7. I'm not from a border state, and I'm not "pouring in", but...

I'm going to OH (from CA) and my brother and sis-in-law are flying in to meet me from NYC.

We're signed up with acthere.org (ACT) to help in Southern Ohio. Yes there is lots to do and they welcome the help everywhere.

There are lawyers and other workers coming for the Get Out the Vote campaign in the next week.

I heard at a meeting on Monday Lorain County needs 700+ people alone.
I am sure Cyahoga county (Cleveland) will be even more.

We have "Connecticut Brigades" going to Florida every weekend up to and including Election Day. These are groups of pro-choice women who are dedicated to getting Bush out of office.

Although I live in Kansas. I'm trying now to get Election Day off so I can volunteer over there as well.
