It's already happened. First, screw the seniors with the Medicair bill. Then piss them off with lies about it. Then kill them off before they can vote by masterminding a massive shortage of flu shots just as the flu season begins in October AND lie about it. Surprise, surprise!

Sounds like bush policy at its best. Only the poorest elderly and infants will be hard hit with the flu this year. But that's OK, they're a drain on the money we can send to Halliburton.

4. Sounds like a * plan.

Not only is it diabolical, but it's also moronic. How could they possibly ensure that there is a massive epidemic? These guys are so incompetent, this could never work. Here's how they make their "plans":

1) Brainstorm. Only the zaniest ideas need apply.
2) Avoid all planning. Go for the gusto!
3) Outsource the implementation of the plan to an incompetent government contractor. Hopefully, all ideas from step (1) don't require much "hard work".
4) Finally, do focus group studies to determine the best way to present the results of step (3) to the public. You just can't lose.

That would suggest intelligence where there is none.

Rather, I used the phrase "masterminding a massive shortage"... in Bushspeak, "masterminding" means ignoring the problem and selling out to the corporatee profiteers, which is exactly what caused the flu vaccine shortage.
