Its official: Big Dawg to join Kerry in PA Monday
WATERLOO, Iowa - Former President Bill Clinton (news - web sites) will appear with Sen. John Kerry (news - web sites) at a lunchtime rally in Philadelphia Monday in what Democrats hope will be a boost to the presidential ticket in a crucial battleground state.

3. Send him to AR
and MO, both states that went for Clinton in '92 and '96 but for Bush in 2000. If we took MO and AR, then Jeb could rig votes in FL all day and it wouldn't matter.
