Chris Matthews will be unbearable tonight
I can see him now with that awful Mitchell talking about how Bush has already won and all that crap.

1. can't wait to see this panel
"Tonight on Hardball, Andrea Mitchell, Ben Ginsburg, Joe Scarborough, and Pat Buchanan discuss marygate and Bush crushing Kerry in the polls, how about that Gallup...."

2. Why should tonight be different from any other night?
He's always unbearable these days. Unless he's having one of his multi personality disorder evenings and the 'other' Tweety shows up.

6. Yes...
I saw an ad for Carter. I expect that Matthews will actually be reverential to Carter, as he's not only a former president (thus getting some respect for that)but also quite clearly one of the greatest "ex-presidents" we've ever had.

I can't imagine Matthews trying to beat up on Carter, but we'll see. I may have to watch just in case Jimmy rips Matthews to shreds.

9. especially when carter was his old boss
carter should ask him

"what will it profit a man, if he gains the whole world, but loses his soul."

that would be the most memorable moment in the history of cable television...

4. He's unbearable all of the time.
It's why I gave up watching him months ago.

5. Then don't watch him
Why waste your time?

Except for Countdown, all that cable news is good for is hurricane and volcano updates.

Soon it will be winter, and they'll be telling us it's snowing. Thanks, cable news!

7. Why watch him when you know he'll be unbearable (as usual)?
That just helps give him higher ratings and reinforces his belief that this is the way a 'journalist' reports the news. I won't give him the satisfaction. I do, however, help give Keith Olbermann higher ratings. He's the only one on MSNBC, IMO, that deserves them.
