Making calls for the Kerry campaign is actually fun.
I generally hate phone conversations, but talking to people (or their voice mail) about upcoming events in their area is exhilirating. I know...I'm deranged.

1. I have enjoyed
the Phone Corps phone calls - everyone is nice and appreciative. And, since I'm calling from WI, many ask how we're doing, as well. :hi:

3. I'm on 16 - 20 for today. It is theapeutic, as otherwise
I would just be obsessing over the election...What's the point in that?

4. Yeah, I usually hate calling strangers...
But it is fun, especially when you get a rabid Bush* hater who you can have a good chuckle with.

6. Fun?
Not in rural Virginia! If I hear "I ain't no democrat" one more time I'm going to scream!!! Of course I will hear it a million more times before the election, but when there's a Kerry supporter, it makes it all worth it.

7. my husband says the same thing...
said he'd have to say something "not to nice" to the repugs who are naturally spewing their flawed talking points.
