Shouldn't O'Reilly be investigated by a grand jury?
If the lawsuit allegations are true, O'Reilly clearly threatened to have Al Franken either killed or seriously injured.

In fact, considering he boasted and insinuated that there was some group of people connected to Fox that would carry this out, he and Fox may be liable under the RICO statutes -- Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

Fox as a criminal enterprise -- sounds about right to me.

1. I can't imagine a just punishment for O'Liely

He has been so cruel to so many for so long.

I hope he is sent to jail.

Hope they make sure that a bunch of Hip Hop Rappers are in his cell.

C'mon we got better things to do with grand juries, like charging Enron, Halliburton, etc...
