2. Yes...also, they said they wouldn't tap into the Strategic Reserve...
and a couple of weeks ago they said they would...so, the way I see it, Bush is screwed no matter what he does.

If bandar lowers prices, then we know bush allowed us to be gouged, if he taps into Strategic Reserve, it's a political move.

3. Actually the prices are being kept
artificially low considering the price per barrel. After the election they are going to skyrocket.

That he can't even lower the oil prices to save his ass. He can let 9/11 happen, but affordable gas, nah.
