Kerry interview on CNN ...Heads up, folks.
It already started, but there is more coming after the break. I just tuned in myself.

1. Kerry is awesome
Before the interview, Crowley spoke to Zhan and said Kerry answered questions very carefully. BullShit. He was very direct

14. Because this media of ours is so cheneyed up

I am SICK of this idiocy. Furious George doesn't get asked any hard questions because he "charms" the press. I have come to the conclusion the press is similar to a high school gaggle of cheerleaders, Furious George is their QB (I know I know, how can this be? But there you have it...).

They love him. Never mind he is destroying our nation, isn't he cute? (NO), isn't he funny? (NO), isn't he wonderful ?(NOOOOOO).

Meanwhile Kerry is the egghead. Smart, serious, charming to those with substance.

However the majority of the press has no substance. I remember when Jessica Savitch (sp?) was up and coming, the news guys mocked her as having no substance. She was far better than what we have today.

When Kerry wins I hope he restores the fairness doctrine. We need to take back this horrible media.

ARGGGGG.

I need to go lie down for awhile.

;)

5. This is painful.

"Did he lie, did he lie, did he lie..." "Please, John Kerry, put your foot in something so I can run with it."

6. He's being VERY direct and straightforward.
He's explaining for the thousandth time about the IWR and he's doing it solidly.

She baits him again with it, he says they gave the president a gun but never expected he'd shoot himself in the foot with it.

7. Good answer on "do you wish you hadn't voted for war resolution."
He said: what the senate did was load the gun and allow the president to hold the trigger. We DIDN'T give him permission to shoot himself in the foot.

17. I paraphrased, but that's basically what she said.
As soon as the interview was over, she didn't want to talk about the war in Iraq.

She didn't want to talk about healthcare, jobs, or anything else from the interview.

She went right to the "remarks" about Dick Cheney's daughter.

9. Stop watching CNN
Why do people keep rewarding their biased coverage.

To paraphrase Jon Stewart, "Stop, stop, stop. Just stop."

10. No other way to say it
Crowley is a despicable pig.

<shakes her head in coy fashion> "Your buddy John McCain said it (Cheney comment) was inappropriate."

She is just disgusting - the hate she has for this man is full front and center.

And geez - they have Kerry lit so he looks like he just woke up from a three day bender.

Nah, that CANT be deliberate...

We have to beat Bush AND the media - no question.

15. Candy Crowley, UBERWHORE

I won't watch her. Not even to see how Kerry does. She makes me want to barf. She has an ugly soul that makes her physically ugly. It's not her face or her weight. I've known plenty of women her size who looked great because they had a good heart. Candy's is curdled in a tight little ball. You can see her *wanting* to destroy Kerry. After her pouty-mouthed report on the Kerry campaign's post-debate mood after the third debate, in which you could literally see that she didn't want -- almost couldn't -- report that Kerry had actually won the debate, I just won't watch her. Fuck her. Fuck Paula Zhan. Fuck CNN. I'd rather watch FOX. At least they don't pretend NOT to be whores.

13. I used to cut Candy some slack because she wasn't
a 'pretty face' like most of the news girls. Not anymore. She's in shillwhore overdrive. Buh-bye.

16. loved the response and Q's about jobs
That's really a good answer and much more detailed.

Problem with job creation is policy adjustements to create jobs
are in trade, deficit, taxes, government efficiency...

so I thought Kerry did a convincing close on what's he's going to do there.

I also caught the firing of 100k contractors...DEAD ON! this outsourcing or privatization of the military is just such a scam..
they started this claiming it was more efficient and instead
it has ballooned DoD costs.

I like the idea Kerry is going to work on government efficiency big time..
tons of waste and never examined by budget deficit analysts.

BTW: I thought CC was fine. I think ya all have a fat problem.

Kerry had a 5 o'clock shadow and I dunno what gives with that particular ugly tie. He wore it previously and it's really hideous..
must be a gift from someone.

18. Her old beat was Bush.
Then for some inexplicable reason she started covering Kerry. That republicunt doesn't fool anybody. She has a bias against Kerry and it shows in her reports.
