Lynne Cheney needs to give Alan Keyes a call

Alan Keyes, who has a lesbian daughter, called Mary Cheney a 'selfish hedonist' because she is a lesbian.

If this was a Hollywood scriptwriter who had written this about some character, he or she would probably be asked what the overkill is about.

But, no. It's a Repuglican calling out on another Repuglican who have the common "symptom" of having lesbian daughters.

Ask yourself what the Repuglican lesson should be on this. Family values are defined by hate and ignorance as well as attacking others that you feel are less "human" than you.

Lynne Cheney is not on record with any comments about Keyes and his hateful comment. Neither is Dick.

The Cheney-Keyes parallel is relevant. They both have a lesbian daughter, and Keyes has called Mary Cheney, BY NAME, a ´selfish hedonist´.

And Lynne Cheney said nothing.

But when Kerry said he thought Mary Cheney was ´just being herself´, Lynne didn´t like that one bit.

Maybe she AGREES with Alan?
