Kerry warns of draft if bush elected to 2nd term: hammering this again!
"There is a "great potential of a draft" to replenish U.S. forces in Iraq if President Bush wins a second term, Democratic challenger John Kerry said on a campaign stop in Iowa."

snip-

However, Kerry told The Des Moines Register, "With George Bush, the plan for Iraq is more of the same and the great potential of a draft." The interview was published Friday as Kerry was leaving for Wisconsin and a speech on the economy.

snip-

Some of the thousands who turned out to hear Kerry and Edwards brought brooms to signify Kerry's "sweep" of the debates. The crowd was dotted with "3-4-3" signs declaring Kerry the victor of all three face-to-face battles with Bush

Gotta love that! :toast:

BTW: I have no problems with Kerry continuing to hammer the fact the a draft is a real possiblity. Bush is a liar! We all know it!

1. Love it love it---CNN just had a few minutes live of his speech in
Milwaukee to a community college. The people were loving it--the students know that Bush is bullshit. Kerry said "if Bush had done anything for this economy....anything at all"---and when he just off the cuff said the "anything at all" the place errupted. You go John. I just can't believe that any people listening to the whiney nothing shit from Bush with no plans and no record could fall for it when they hear the truth being well articulated by Kerry!!!!

issue and perhaps he should frame it this way: This guy lied you into a war do do you trust him when he says he won't draft you to die in his war/wars????
