Does Bush* ever talk about what he will do if elected?

He doesn't talk about his record--except tax cuts. I don't recall him talking about any future agenda. All he does is try to attack Kerry and play defense on Iraq.

Am I just filtering him out to remain sane, or does he actually have some plans for the next four years?

Bad campaign strategy to talk about blowing up the world when the race is so close. That just might sway some undecided voters. This is not certain, mind you, but it is a risk.

before they can go to school and send them Iraq to guide the oil, put everyone else to work at walmart and Sinclair broadcasting for 25 cents a day until Jesus comes.
