Screwed up absentee ballot

A Michigan voter has just posted the absentee ballot he received which has the selection arrows you use to cast your vote "off by one".

If you cast your vote for John Kerry, it will count as a vote for George W. Bush.

Who proofs this stuff? Blind people?

1. It Is Fixed
This happened several days ago, and both sides agree it was a printing error which has been corrected. I hope.
