Re: WTXL, I just spoke to Mike Plummer. The station is owned by Media Venture Management which shares local and web resources with Sinclair, in Tallahassee. But WTXL is licensed separately and, as he told you, will not air "Stolen Honor." I'll see if I can add an update. This very same thing happened to WTXL when Sinclair refused to show Ted Koppel reading the names of the war dead on Nightline.
