Now that this story has been "validated" by publication in the Times, there is no reason why the Kerry campaign or even surrogates shouldn't seize on it. Put the president on the defense right when he doesn't need to be. He'd certainly much rather be talking about his rec... erm... uh... attacking John Kerry than dealing with questions about whether he was wired for a debate. I mean, if it were proved true, he would have been caught cheating. It certainly adds to a certain unfavorable perception of the pResident.

I think " roving" or "pulling an rove" would be a great way to describe someone lying or pulling a dirty trick for their own benefit. I have used it a couple of times I have said "You're Roving me" instead of "you're shitting me". People got it. Below are some examples.

A co-worker backstabbing coworkers = trying to Rove his way into a better job

Cheating on a test = "Roving to the top of the class"

Find out your sibling crashed the car and managed to blame you = Bro, you completely roved me!!

10. I'd doubted the whole receiver theory before tonight

But, of course, tonight it wasn't there.

Really suspicious that it was there in the first debate & missing in the second - I'd originally thought it was a Kevlar vest buckle - but it would've been there tonight if it were.

Someone posted a story about a tooth implant receiver - the gimp was really working his jaw this evening - didn't do that in the last debate.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think there's something to all of this.

I was surprised to find that there was such a strange bulge with President Bush's suit with the first debate (The Mystery of the Bulge in the Jacket by Elizabeth Bumiller, Oct. 8th). Perhaps he needs a new tailor?

I am sure he would not have any electronic devices under his suit as he would not have broken the rules of the debate. It is not like we cannot trust our President to be honest and fair, after all, he tells us he is all the time.
