A "HUGE" number of times, we were just told, Kerry used the phrase "The President." HE TRIED TO MAKE THIS A REFERENDUM ON THE PRESIDENT, we were told, breathlessly!

We're shocked! Shocked!!! Everybody knows this election is a referendum on John Kerry!! Who does John Kerry think he is, anyway???

Williams pointed out that Chimp did fund education, but just not to the level of the legislation known as "No Child Left Behind."
