Bush's chuckle-turned-shock...

There was an incident where Kerry said he mispoke on the $87 billion, Bush chuckled, and Kerry said but the president mislead on the way he used it, and Bush's face flung to the other side with shock.

I know C-SPAN showed this moment. Did anyone see it on the other stations?
