10. Awesome answer on the "real Democrat" crap
That's what POLITICIANS do.........

I'm an AMERICAN first, I'll never put party ahead of the country and I'm not beholden to special interests ~ I believe Democrats understand that.

20. Smaller schools, better relationships between parents
and schools. "No Child Left Behind is underfunded" "Alot of gaming in this" brings up Houston mess. Keeping a book on the failures of no child left behind.

46. He never got to finish,
but he started talking about a "very pretty" young lady who was standing in the audience and she asked him the question about "You were a republican, you voted for Reagan and gave speeches praising this administration." She was a freeper...he didn't get to finish the story because the camera people went up to the lady doing the interview and stopped them. :7

23. SOA question.
Good answer. We taught countless hours of human rights courses. Noriega was before my day. Blaming the SOA for human rights violations is like blaming Harvard for an Enron graduate.

31. Clark was head of the Southern command
under Clinton. The Clinton administration made many reforms to the school because of the school's reputation. Many who try to make Clark guilty via association of the school don't even know the correct context as to when, why and who supported Clark in reference to that school. So those who want to spread misinformation and try to make Clark guilty of something that he isn't are low lives.

Bottomline is that Clark earned 3 of his 4 stars under Clinton......making him a Democratic President's General. So those Republican link rumors a baseless and are used to sway those who are not informed about such matters (this is the statement normally found on a financial statement....not for those who are not informed about such matters, that is).

45. Then I'll try to answer
I think there are three active threads on this now. The SOA went through a curriculum change and offers human rights courses now. The extent of those and their effectiveness is debated in the other threads.

was the most comprehensive and thoughtful I've ever heard from a politician. He understands the issue and how important it is. We NEED him to save our planet.

39. But on the SOA question...
he should of mentioned that he held the Southern Command in 1996....under a Clinton Presidency....that would have allowed his answer to be much more illuminating about the reforms that have taken place there!
