obviously non-public exhibits on the Pentagon event were shown at the trial

on this French AFP report it is stated that :

"Lors du procès Moussaoui, les procureurs avaient montré le carnage provoqué par l'avion au Pentagone: des photos de cadavres brûlés et de restes humains carbonisés, ainsi que des images de l'explosion entraînée par la chute de l'avion sur le bâtiment."

("During the Moussaoui trial, the prosecutors had shown the carnage provoked by the Pentagon plane, pictures of burned corpses and of carbonised human remains and also images of the explosion caused by the fall of the plane on the building")

the article states in several places that the request from Judicial Watch was aimed at debunking conspiracy theories and that the MOD didn't release those pictures before because of their importance as an exhibit in a trial to come.

CNN had to EXPLAIN what he meant when he talked about the Plane Hitting No Where Near The Pentagon years ago, but TODAY he says he meant It Didn't Hit Near The Pentagon!

I still don't understand WHY he felt a need to EXPLAIN this TODAY!! Why Now?? Kind of took a long time to realize you didn't say what you meant, or didn't mean what you said!

28. Jamie McIntyre of CNN was explaining how this

new video would put to rest all of the old conspiracy theories. He said that he was in the pentagon when the plane hit it. He worked his way over to the crash site and he said he saw the tail section of the plane and the jets, etc. Do doubt at all that it was the American Flight.
On September 2001, Jamie McIntyre was reporting the crash from the pentagon for CNN and he took the pictures and made statements that there were no American Airplane traces at the crash. Wonder what made him change his mind? Wonder which was it really was?
