I just got on progressive talk radio to talk about NY Mag 9/11 truth!

I doubt that any DUers heard it, but on Pacifica's NY station, WBAI, the Saturday afternoon talk show, Sheldon Waldon's "Waldon Pond" had a call in about major news of the week.

I said the major story of the week was the NY Magazine article, which was sympathetic to the 9/11 truth movement. I also mentioned the Village Voice, Maxim, Charlie Sheen, 3 days of CNN coverage and 80% complicity poll on CNN's website.

The host was weirdly non-commital, but at least the progressive community in NY that listens to WBAI on Saturday afternoon had an opportunity to hear a positive summary of what is changing in the mainstream media.

BTW, one weird thing about WBAI/Pacifica is that they studiously avoid the issue, including their star investigative reporter, Amy Goodman on Democracy Now.

But when they are fundraising, they play the audio of Loose Change incessantly. They know what their audience wants to hear when they want money, but they won't directly address the issue. Why is Air America, a commercial progressive station so out front, while WBAI/Pacifica is so silent on the issue? On AAR so far, Mike Malloy, Randi Rhodes, Janine Garafalo have all firmly come out in favor of 9/11 truth, and Rachel Maddow gave a sympathetic hearing to Mark Jacobson of NY Magazine. BTW in that interview, Jacobson said that after doing the research, he is now LIHOP.

what they did to Michael Ruppert, they had him on then ambushed him with someone who unfairly attacked his credibility. Hopefully, they see the writing on the wall, they can't hide it any more..
