Technical Video question

I am interested in the second session second day of the "independents".

Here you find transcripts and videos. By the transcripts I do know what was said. I can HEAR it too. But whatever I do there is no video picture in my windows media tool, only a black screen. If I take "low" it is the same. We are waiting a long time on the "coming soon" Real version ...
I also tried to save the file - with no success.

I just want to SEE the RADAR screen which is shown to the public. Let me be a part-time ATC. Who can help?

1. It's an .asx file

If you're running Windows, windows media player should play the format correctly. If you have an old version you may not have the codec needed for the compression algorithm used, though theoretically WMP can download codecs as needed. I'm running WMP-8 which plays it fine
If you are running XP it should be safe to update version 8 or 9, or at leat the version 9 codec updates, but if you're running an earlier version of windows you could have compatibility issues.
