Who left America unprotected?
Remember the "Happy Hooligans"? They are the F-16 pilots from Langley who were ordered to go west over the Ocean at 9:30 before they headed back to Washington at 9:36, arriving 5 minutes after the Pentagon crash.

Maybe there is an explanation for this peculiar flight path.

The "Happy Hooligans" are the 119th wing of the North Dakota ANG. They were stationed in Langley for only one week (source: Jere Longman, "Among the heroes", p. 64):

Two pilots had rotated in from North Dakota for a week...a week at Langley was a time to relax, watch television, work out, spend time on the computer, catch up on business. Like firemen, the pilots sat and waited for something to happen. When it did, they were usually scrambled to escort Navy jets with transponder problems to their home bases. Or to find doctors lost over the ocean in their Beechcraft Bonanzas. Or, occasionally, to sniff out drug runners. It was a sleepy job. Dozing for dollars, they called it.

So the pilots started their job at Langley probably on Monday - they have weekends, too - , and September 11 was their second day there. But, September 11 was also the second day of "Vigilant Guardian". (Source)

Did the Happy Hooligans take part in "Vigilant Guardian"? Is this speculation too far away?

This is a quote from Dean Eckmann, the lead pilot (source: 9/11 Commission report, p.45):

I reverted to the Russian threat...I'm thinking cruise missiles from the sea. You know you look down and see the Pentagon burning and I though the bastards snuck on us...

Eckmann's statment that he reverted to the Russian threat is remarkable: first, Vigilant Guardian was a simulation of a Russian aerial attack - and second, the term "reverted" implies that he dealt with a different threat before, a cruise missile attack from the sea.

A cruise missile attack from the sea, however, is as exotic as a Russian bomb attack from the North, i.e. : the pilots knew they reacted to simulated threats. So the thesis that they were part of Vigilant Guardian seems to be very reasonable.

But now: If the Happy Hooligans were part of the exercise - who was left to protect Washington? If their task was to play wargames, no fighters apart from Otis were on alert, leaving Washington completely unprotected. Did no NORAD official realize the big defense gap when planning the wargames?

This smells of high treason.

2. good question-- who was left to guard DC? Many people of course
think that was the whole point of the wargames-- to draw away fighters from the normal response. Other people say there would always be some back up response-- like they would never take all the firefighters from a station to run drills-- they would always leave a few behind in case of a fire. I don't know, really. I suspect the wargames really fucked up the normal response on 9/11 but we just don't have all the info we need. One thing for sure is that the wargames are being covered up as well as how many fighters were left to defend the air.

I know you mentioned this before, but what is the deal with sending the fighters out over the ocean in the first place? Who did this and why? Was it just confusion (perhaps because of the wargames) or intentional misdirection?

3. Answer
For me, it was not just confusion. The "phantom flight 11", which I believe was no phantom, but a real plane, i.e. N334AA, was quickly approaching Washington. At 9:30, it was probably crossing the New Jersey/Maryland border. The perpetrators definitely didn't want N334AA to be intercepted by fighters and forced to land somewhere. They wanted to hide the plane, that's why they sent the Happy Hooligans to the wrong direction. N334AA should not exist anymore.

Something similar happened probably with the Otis fighters.

7. Was the east coast deliberately left defenseless on 9/11?
War games in Alaska with jets normally on duty sent north.

5. Again-- there are three schools of thought regarding the 9/11 wargames
1) the military/NORAD runs wargames all the time and 9/11 was no different-- it was just the novel threat that caught everyone off guard (this is the official explanation of course)

2) the multiple NORAD wargames were the main reason the 9/11 hijacked planes were not intercepted, and this was by design (this is promoted heavily by Mike Ruppert and Mark Rabinowitz)

3) the wargames were actually the MEANS by which the 9/11 attacks were carried out-- this was the mechanism by which the rogue elements of the CIA/military programmed planes to fly into the WTC and Pentagon. The attacks were planned in secret under the cover of a live-fly hijacking drill which was run on 9/11. This is promoted by Webster Tarpley and this is the school of thought I find most compelling.

Of course, none of these are mutually exclusive, either. All of these ideas may have some meaning to different people, depending on their position.

6. Several military types include Donn de Grand-Pre say Holligans downed UA93
in Pennsylvania. That one of them returning to Langley did not have a missile that he had left with.
And FAA controllers say they were there.

17. That's probably the missile that created the crater
in Shanksville.

My theory is that Flight 93 was flown into Indian Lake and sunk by the C130 that showed up, which may have been had '‘electronic warfare applications’ with the capacity to intentionally disrupt the mechanisms of an airplane causing it to crash.

This would explain the confusion with the flight paths in that area and why there was only one explosion witnessed but no plane at the crater.

10. This is one of the basic questions
Who was responisble for organizing the wargames and I'm certain that there must be a clear rule that whatever happens fighters must be on alert. It makes no sense that during wargames a country accepts to reduce their defense. It should be the basic rule that whatever happens on a day the required number of fighters are on alert (wargames taking place or not).

11. As far as I know,
there is absolutely no evidence that the 14 strip alert interceptors on duty that day were impacted by the war games. It wouldn't make sense.

12. No, it surely wouldn't. THEY were "protecting" America's False Flag op.

There is absolutely no evidence that anyone successfully interfered with the 9/11 False Flag operation.
Boosh could have easily stood at the WTC and boinked into a bullhorn those famous words he used on another occasion: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

With the OCT'er Brigade working 24/7 to bolster the boosh lies about 9/11, it's necessary to be vigilant.
