A very interesting BBC documentary on 9/11 that came out in Sept. 2002 is going to be rebroadcast in Oregon this Thursday, at 9 PM. I have the transcript and have used it a lot, but I'd like to see it as well, as I think there will be some very interesting audio, still shots, video clips etc... to use from it.
Is there anyone here living in Oregon with a VCR willing to tape this? Would you be willing to mail me a copy of the tape, or even better, convert it to digital format and send a CD or something like that?
This is a rare chance to save for posterity a program that already seemed faded into oblivion.

- On the morning of September 11, 2001, there were over 4,000 planes flying over the United States - four of them were hostile. America had the most powerful military in the world, yet an enemy attack was so unimaginable that the air defense of the entire U.S. mainland was left up to 14 fighter planes. This program is a minute-by- minute story of how America's air defenses responded to the terrible events of that fateful day.
