None of this is meant to demean Mr. Schwarz. I applaud him for speaking out and holding the government responsible for its fraudulent actions against humankind. I want to send his letter to everyone I know and don't know. I am merely peeved that he did not register the domain, which in turn made me think of
NICHOLAS BERG AND PROMETHEUS METHODS TOWER SERVICE,
also never registered as a domain to this day. When people fail to register domain names, I become suspicious, especially since I own quite a few with links to nowhere. I just liked the names, and five dollars and fifty cents per domain name is a lot cheaper than a crack habit.

Invisible Nanotech CEOs for Truth?
Has anybody ever heard of Patmos Nanotechnologies LLC or its CEO, Karl W. B. Schwarz? Evidently, this person is passing himself off as a "conservative Christian" corporate CEO who's opposed to President Bush, as stated in this letter. Trouble is, if there really is such a nanotech company, it's done its best to stay below the radar. Perhaps corporate invisibility is a new nanotech product?
Karl W.B. Schwarz is the head of numerous vaporous companies--Global Axxess/CommAxxess (which he falsely claimed had bid for Global Crossing's assets, after a similar scheme involving Williams Communications), eCap Bank. His past record makes him look *very* suspicious:
http://nanobot.blogspot.com/2004/10/invisible-nanotech-ceos-for-truth.htmlThis case is a troubling one because of the conduct of Karl
Schwarz in executing an erroneous deed and because the "correction
deed" may have been forged. Nevertheless, we are convinced that
16-56-111(a) is inapplicable and that summary judgment was
inappropriate.
Reversed and remanded.

but that appears to have had little effect upon the career of its CEO.

http://www.fcc.gov/transaction/globalcrossing-gx.htmlThose bids are rather interesting,
considering they are coming from a company whose status appears to have been revoked,
and which apparently has no longer legally existed since January 1, 2003.
In related developments, executives at GlobalAxxess Holdings LLC, an Arkansas- based privately held company, said they will submit a bankruptcy bid for WCG that would not wipe out existing stockholders.
The Arkansas firm, backed by offshore capital, proposes to combine the fiber-optic networks of Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Global Crossing, Viatel of London, and WCG, said Chief Executive Officer Karl Schwarz.
WCG executives said they have not spoken with Schwarz, nor do they regard his proposal as credible.
"Our proposal is to take Global Crossing and WCG from public to private companies and back to public within a couple of years," Schwarz said. "The most compelling reason for combining the companies is revenue -- $4.28 billion for the three companies -- and the opportunities to expand on it rapidly."
http://www.lightreading.com/boards/message.asp?msg_id=41145GlobalAxxess's overall strategy is to change the way telecom companies behave. Schwarz says it focuses on the way telecom will be sold in the future. Rather than billing per minute or by bandwidth, his company would sell a combined service: ultimately, a single line offering phone, data and cable service. One line, he said, for your phone, Internet connection, and cable television. He thinks this is the solution to Wil-Com's problems.
"In five years, I would see the company about five times the size it is now."

This may be yet another separate company, albeit with a similar name.
September 6, 2001
globalaxxess.com Inc., a human resources, accounting, and technology outsourcing firm, filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the Middle District of Florida.
Also included are filings for Axxess HR 1 Inc. and Axxess HR 2 Inc., businesses also listed at the same address as globalaxxess, 40 N. Osprey Ave., No. D, Sarasota. Directory assistance had no business listing in Sarasota for globalaxxess.
The phone number for the company's public relations staff in the metro Atlanta area is disconnected. The company's Web site also was not accessible.
Tampa was globalaxxess' headquarters until March 23 when president and chief executive officer Ben Hern said that he was moving the sales operation to Sarasota and relocating headquarters to Newark, N.J.
<snip>
In March, Hern predicted the company would survive as a "true e-commerce platform." Two-time Olympian and silver medalist Matt Ghaffari was announced in Oct. as globalaxxess' vice president of business development.
In January, The Business Journal reported that globalaxxess.com acquired The Business Office. Through the acquisition of the outsourcing firm, globalaxxess officials said the company could offer services including cash management, financial management reporting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts payable processing, data processing and accounts receivable management.
The purchase -- for an undisclosed amount -- included the acquisition of The Business Office's subsidiaries, Airlink Technology and Outsource Associates

Excellent article on Legere Liz. Why wasn't that written before CFIUS, WH and FCC approval?
He is going to be named in RICO. We have already put FCC and WH, major creditors on notice.
National Security has been undermined. Have you seen the National Security Agreement that purports to protect the US? It would be laughable if it were not so tragic and treasonous.
The RICO will be seeking full disgorgement and will name STT as well.
Let me know when you want the whole story.
best regards,
They have known for almost a year that the only 'unforgiven loan' is targeted at Cook.
JMHO, either ignoring the story or cannot play connect the dots very well.

See 47 C. F. R. § 1.1212( h). Most of the public correspondence is in the form of emails and form letters. ONE SHAREHOLDER, Karl Schwarz of CommAxxess f/ k/ a Global Axxess, FILED MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF INFORMAL COMMENTS AND VARIOUS OTHER MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC FILED MORE THAN ONCE. .....

The shareholders also intend to initiate a RICO action regarding the Pacific Crossing Ltd entity to Pivotal Private Equity now known to be affiliated with Global Crossing creditors Goldman Sachs and certain Citigroup affiliates and subsidiaries.

Even the diehard Bush-voting Republicans are having difficulty accepting the legend of Karl WB Schwartz.

PATMOS is an annual conference on integrated circuit design. It stands for Power And Timing Modeling, Optimization and Simulation and its website can be found at
http://www.patmos-conf.orgThis company is apparently bogus.
The level of falsehood from the left lately has sickened me. That includes stuff straight from the horse's mouth, like the General Shenseki comments. If anyone thinks that Michael Moore, MoveOn, and John Kerry's campaign can really be thought of separately, they're not listening. It's insane.
I'm going to be voting for Bush and I feel good about it now. I never thought I'd say that.
SIMON MOON:
Seems like a fraud to me.
a google search on Karl W.B. Schwartz or Patmos Nanotechnologies returns only links that have this letter. If you do a search on any CEO in the wrld you will get multiple hits, these guys are members of professional groups, attend meetings and have dealings with other CEO's.There is no way a guy like this would not return many references.
The other thing that gives it away is that there is no "Conservative Christian Republican" in the US that would put any of the things he talks about in the letter above abortion as a reason for not voting for a candidate!

He ( Karl W.B. Schwartz) told me he's too busy right now to engage in these conversations, but he wants the information to get out. For some reason, he asked me to post his updates and I'm happy to oblige. I just get disheartened that there's always so much controversy over him instead of appreciating the valuable information he's giving us.
What valuable information?
