Speculation and the markets (re: 9/11)

I wonder if those who profited from 9/11 (and perhaps other events), due to insider information/intelligence might also profit from rigged elections?
And might the enormous profits be deemed by some to be a worthy incentive for the creation/manipulation of events?

If gambling is the name of the game, then inside speculators own the house
and can regulate wins and losses. They can also create their own 'reality' for profit.

Strangely enough, according to wiki the latest solar cycles started May 1996 and is ongoing, while a second started January 2008 and is also ongoing. It appears that two cycles can happen at the same time. Though I have no idea how that fits into Bush's 1990 speech or 9/11 since it appears that solar cycles are not regularly 11 years.

2. Interesting thought, but I don't know the answer

I can't help but notice that the majority, if not all, of the financial corporations in the WTC were being investigated for fraud by the feds prior to 911, there was a lot in the NYTimes about it. Then 7 years later we have this bailout and most of them go under. Also, AIG was one of Silverstein's insurers was it not? So does that mean that the taxpayers are actually paying Silverstein for the wtc?
Is it just another coincidence? I don't know I'm not a financial person, but it looks more like organized crime then the stalwart financial institutions they try to portray themselves as.
