Learn some manners. The person who provided the WTC dust from her apartment directly across the street from the Towers is not "some old lady," and if you're going to insult her, at least bother to research who she is, "angry young man."
In his open letter to Frank Gayle, which led to his firing, Kevin Ryan did not pretend to represent Underwriters Laboratory, writing only on his own behalf.
The very first news story on Kevin Ryan, Nov. 12, 2004, makes that clear:
http://www.911truth.org/article.php?story=20041112144051451This was while he was still employed by UL: "911Truth.org called Ryan Friday to confirm his authorship. Ryan made it clear he is speaking for himself only, not on behalf of his laboratory or the company, but others at UL are aware of his action."
His functions as an executive at UL are beside the point - he was addressing claims by NIST and by UL with regard to a test undertaken by UL.
