He's on television propping up the OCT and then, in what he thinks is a private moment, his real thoughts on the matter come spilling out. The video of this confrontation is all over the Internets -- how do you suppose FauxNews, who pays him to be a "pundit", is going to feel about this? It doesn't make him look like a hypocrite?

Of course if he's claiming that his daughter's involvement in 9/11 Truth caused him to reexamine his position, maybe he should be given the benefit of the doubt. But suffice to say his career trajectory will be altered by these comments caught on tape. And when you align yourself with an outfit like FauxNews and you make statements like these, who knows what kind of harassment, intimidation or blackballing tactics you can expect as a consequence. I've seen many media people refer to covering 9/11 skepticism as a "career-ending" move.

Christine Craft, a talk radio host for KGO in San Francisco, recently did a show with Richard Gage of AE911Truth. Unlike many others in her position, she was refreshingly open and receptive to what Gage had to say and it was a really great show. When a viewer wrote to thank her for showcasing these supposedly "dangerous ideas" she responded by saying she knew they were "career ending for people who dare to air them...." No word yet on any repercussions Craft may have experienced, but I'm hoping the climate in mass media may be slowly starting to shift due the rising tide of public skepticism. All it takes is momentum, IMO.

How about Dan Rather's now-famous "flaming tire" remarks about the intimidation journalists felt after 9/11 about reporting on anything that might not sound ultra-patriotic? Lenny Charles of INN World Report said on air that INN had lost funding because of their coverage of 9/11 truth. I know I've encountered many references from 9/11 researchers (including 9/11 families, if I'm not mistaken) who report encountering journalists who privately express support but insist they would lose their jobs if there were to file reports reflecting what they had come to believe about 9/11.
