Is there an especially rabid anti "no planes"

Gosh, if there is, I wonder what would explain it? If the "no planes" theory is such an embarrassment and liability to the Truth movement, as OCTers seem to suggest, then why are they the ones who seem so particularly bothered by it? Shouldn't they be happy to see something they perceive to fractionalize and/or hurt the Truth movement gaining attention?

OCTers sure don't seem too happy about it. In fact, if I didn't know better, I'd say they seem especially nervous about "no planes." What would explain that? Why wouldn't they just sit back and enjoy watching the Truth movement come undone with such a crazy, way out there, theory?

And why don't they ever rebut the specifics of the videos presented demonstrating fakery? Is it because they can't?

8. I'm reminded of a phrase...

...Papa Bush used during his first term when Vice President, Dan Quayle seemed to be getting ongoing, particularly condescending treatment from the press. When asked about this Bush would say he's (Quayle) "still gaining acceptance."

In the case of Dan Quayle I don't think this was actually true, for "no planes" I think it is.

When I first heard "no planes" I thought it sounded pretty ridiculous and didn't bother to investigate why people were saying this.

When you examine the cases laid out for video fakery, and consider the very conspicuous absence of the kind of wreckage you'd expect to see, at ALL three sites, large pieces of the 9-11 puzzle begin to come together. I think this is what has some people so worked up about "no planes" -- they, for whatever reason, don't want the 9-11 puzzle solved.

Or better yet, go make your own "no-planer" YouTube videos. It's easy: All you need is some 9/11 plane footage and say intelligent analytical stuff like "this looks fake because it looks fake, and these two channels showed the same feed, so it must be a coordinated fake, and I can prove it by asking probing questions that I don't have time to look into like, doesn't Fox have their own cameras in NY?" And this part will be really easy: Draw an arrow pointing to every imaging artifact, point-of-view effect, and example of kinetic physics that you don't understand and then draw a question mark. If you can find at least one thing you don't understand about the video, you're entitled to call your video an "analysis," even if the lack of understanding is due to simple ignorance. Now, go post it on YouTube, not on DU, for that vast audience of bullshit addicts -- far larger than you'll find here -- and see if I give a good goddamn.
