I have serious doubts about whether Bin Laden had anything to do with the attacks on the World Trade Center. It's been a nagging suspicion for awhile, but it really hit home to me when I was reading an editorial by Jimmy Breslin of the New York Times. He was mentioning how on the first day of the RNC there was not one mention of Osama Bin Laden. Well, it could be that they didn't mention him because he still hasn't been caught. But on the other hand, he went completely off the radar screen as soon as their attention turned to Iraq.
Just think about it. The biggest crime ever committed that kills almost 3,000 people, but yet he is not a priority anymore? It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Unless, of course, as many have suspected, it was a way to jump-start an agenda that otherwise would never have been accepted by the American people.
Then I read Michael Rupperts speech yesterday accusing people at the highest levels (Cheney and others) of perpetrating the attack. It is a must read for anyone. I will post the line below.
Anyway, I just don't think if Bin Laden was responsible, we would be getting statements that Bush had made, such as he just doesn't think much about him anymore. How can that possibly be, if he actually was the mastermind behind this crime.
