Courage to Refuse group nominated for Nobel Peace Prize
I have just received an email from "Courage to Refuse" announcing
that they have been nominated for the 2004 Nobel Peace Prize.

It takes much more courage to refuse to serve in the Occupied
Territories than it does to simply follow orders, and I do hope
they win. It will help bring their actions to the attention of
the world out there who remain in ignorance of what is really going
on.

1. I predict this will make a considerable fuss.

They were recommended by Rigoberta Menchu Tum (Honduras, 1992)
and Carlos Felipe Ximenes Belo (E. Timor, 1996), both former
Peace Prize winners.

Edit: This could be amusing. Just imagine the halfwits who
hang with Jabba trying to figure out how to spin this.
