Russian parliamentarian supports fence (Zhirinovsky that is)

Russian parliamentarian Vladimir Zhirinovsky has sent a letter of support for Israel's security fence to the office of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.

The letter, quoted by IBA news Monday, states that the fence is the only way to block terror and maintain the balance of power in the area.

Zhirinovsky is the Russian parliament's deputy speaker and heads one of the country's smaller parties.
