Activist's family launch legal bid

The family of a peace activist from north London shot dead by Israeli troops are launching a legal challenge to gain access to full details of the investigation into his killing, it has been revealed.
Tom Hurndall, 22, died in January after spending nine months in a coma after being shot in the head while trying to help Palestinian children at a military checkpoint in Gaza.
Today, his mother, Jocelyn Hurndall, voiced concerns that an Israeli soldier charged with manslaughter over his death may be being used as a scapegoat. (more)
