but i went to the website. i want to get up to date tactics when i start dealing with my neighbors...they`re really starting to piss me off.unfortunately i have to find a line of credit to afford to get there....

The conference is no different than any other military symposium of which there are many during each year. The US military does this all of the time and has included such topics as Domestic Violence (spousal abuse by military members), Shelf-life of material, Disease, etc.

What is surprising, maybe not, to me is that the idiomatic language on the English website is heavily geared to US military terminology - C2, XO, LIC, etc.
