Why So Many Posts About How Bad Palestinians Are?
Has the Jewish council invaded our site? Americans favor a balanced approach in the ME. A fence with tanks and guns ain't it.

There are Christian holy places there also. We don't like our holy sites being ruined...anymore than the Muslims.

Certainly will keep away tourists who come to worship at the holy sites. Whose in charge of tourism? It's a bad plan.

1. Unconditional support for whatever Israel wants to do is US policy

It is the policy of both Dem and Republican parties, and while it is in the best interest of neither ordinary Americans or ordinary Israelis, it is very supportive of US business interests, especially the population reduction and oil industries.

2. Hi. You're new here. You might want to read this link (DU I/P forum rules)
to understand why this thread of yours will probably be locked shortly.

I don't really know how to properly answer your question, other than to say that DUers opinions on the I/P conflict are far from homogenous. There are many points of view expressed here.

3. Whose in charge of tourism?
Benny Elon is the Israeli Minister of Tourism. A finer man you'll never meet!

4. If you keep saying they are bad...
Then after a while you start to believe it, start to accept that the Palestinians are somehow less than human, and become blind to the thousands of murders perpetrated by the state of Israel.

5. Demonization of certain groups is necessary in oder to implement regime

agendas. Goebbels was very good at what he did. His techniques are still used successfully today.

11. In an adult world
One side can be considered "bad" without meaning the other side is "good".

When someone blows up a wedding with the intent of killing only civilians then many if not most people would consider that "bad". Now if some people want to take any Anti Terrorist post to be anti Palestinian then they are probably just trying to close off debate.

there are a number of pro-Israel posters on the site, and some who consistently bash them. Your post seems to put you in the second category.
