Haniyya: “Hamas will never recognize the Zionist entity"
The statements of the Hamas leader came during a festival organized by the Interior Ministry to honor the Palestinians who were killed and injured during the Israeli offensive against the Gaza Strip.

Several senior political leaders, legislators and leaders of armed groups attended the event.

Haniyya said that Hamas will never recognize Israel and ‘will remain steadfast, protecting the blood of the martyrs”.

“We vow before God, we vow to you, we vow to the martyrs, the detainees and their families, we will remain steadfast”, Haniyya stated, “The resistance will prevail until liberating the land, until liberating Jerusalem”.

2. How about hanging the terrorist leaders on both sides?
Israel has been able to steal more from the other, probably due to it's willingness to murder as many as necessary to ensure the land is taken from the natives. If you call that "winning" I'm not sure what there is to be all gung ho proud of. Hooray, we kill more and steal more from the other? :shrug:

3. Hamas are crap. And Israel is not going to disappear. BUT who was on whose side in past wars...
is not really the basis for peaceful solutions now.

And who is going to kill or hang the leaders of Hamas? Other Palestinians? The Israelis? Some international group? I hope you are just saying what you think they deserve, and not actually recommending another war.

Whereas the Hamas leadership has explicitly stated that it will never allow the existence of a Zionist state.
